If my partner(s) dies, I agree to: 

Turn down all new business

Make no further purchases

Pay off all obligations – at once

Borrow no money in the firm's name

Sell all business assets for cash

Dissolve the business

Should I fail to do any of the above, my partner's spouse or children will have the right to sue me for failure to comply with this agreement.
